Tad was moving to another state with his family and had already started the process of liquidating his portfolio here in Detroit. He was attempting to sell the property via Zillow but had not met a serious buyer that could agree on the price he wanted to sell this property at. That was until he received a phone call from our assistant. Tad wanted to sell without paying a commission and without the many showings that usually come with a listing. He also did not want to make any repairs to the home and needed to sell within 3 weeks!
